Social Responsibility We are working in a team and all the employees in this corporate are members of this family. Not only due to the laws but also regarding our ethics, no child labor is allowed in our company. The contract terms are determined by mutual consent. No one is forced or obliged to work in the company. Harassment and discrimination is strongly prohibited. The amounts of salaries are determined based on the qualifications and responsibilities of each position. The minimum level of salaries are also based upon the national labor-law regulated each year from Iranian labor ministry. |

Work Safety For KTI management is unacceptable to put the health and safety of the employees at risk. To prevent accidents we apply all the safety instructions in all of the production processes. Furthermore with constant training, we raise the awareness of the staffs about the safety instructions and the importance of health-care. The staffs will also be routinely by the authorized work physicians checked up. |
